| The Deco Band Personal Point pens were introduced in 1928, as Wahl's premier
line. These large pens were considered top of the line, with an
inter-changeable nib/feed assembly that could be fitted in the section. This
allowed a customer to select a pen, and then choose from fourteen different
nibs for the perfect combination. They were guaranteed unconditionally, with
the Gold Seal mark on the cap. The pens were first made in Black and Pearl,
Coral, Jade, Lapis Blue, and Rosewood. Black was added in 1929, and the
wonderful Green and Bronze in 1930. Today, the Deco Band is among the most
highly prized of collectible fountain pens form the Golden Age of pens.
