Chuck Swisher is today best known for being one of the pioneering online only fine pen retailers, but before achieving fame in that arena, he was known as a craftsman who manufactured custom pens, using kit parts (section, nib, and trim) and hand turned materials for the cap and barrel. Everything from hard rubber and celluloid, to acrylic and other modern materials. The pens are simple in design, but have a loyal following, due to their beautiful appearance, and the high standard of workmanship. Some of these pens have been fitted with vintage nibs, in place of the plated steel nibs supplied in the original.
